do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide but postage will vary depending on location. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information. Please note that you will be responsible for any import/custom fees that may be applied to your order. For more information contact your countries customs office.

when will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days using Royal Mail 48 tracked, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Next day deliveries will aim to be shipped the next working day. Please note we are not responsible for your parcel once it has been posted and deliveries may take longer when demand is high.

my parcel hasn't arrived, what should i do?

If your parcel has still not arrived after 14 working days, please contact us at verdigrisldn@gmail.com and we will do our best to locate it.

i put the wrong shipping address in, can i change it?

If this happens please email verdigrisldn@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet then we can change this for you but if it is too late there is nothing we can do i'm afraid :(

can i make changes to my order after checkout?

If you ordered the wrong size or item, just email verdigrisldn@gmail.com as quickly as possible and we can change this for you if the item is in stock and your order has not been packaged yet.

can i exchange or return an item?

Yes! Although we are a small business we felt it is important to allow people to be able to return an item if it doesn't fit right. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for more information on how to exchange or return your items.

i am unable to print my returns form, what should i do?

Don't worry, simply copy out all the information we require onto a piece of paper and include this in your parcel. Make sure your order number is on there so we know who it is from!

how long does it take to receive a refund?

All returns will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving it. We will send you an email once it has been processed. It usually takes 5-10 working days for this to appear on your bank statement.

what should i do if i receive the wrong item?

We are so sorry if this happens! Totally our fault! Please email verdigrisldn@gmail.com and we will get this sorted for you asap!

i think my item is faulty, what should i do?

i am not sure what size to get?

As a general rule our sizing is as follows:

XS (UK 6-8)

S (UK 8-10)

M (12-14)

L (16+)

the item i want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

As a slow fashion brand we only order in small quantities to ensure zero wastage so we are sorry if you missed out! Sign up to our mailing list below to be first to hear about restocks and enter your email on the product page for back in stock notifications as someone may return the item in your size! This also helps us know about demand and whether we should order more stock in the future. For our deadstock items, as a general rule, once it's gone it's gone so act fast!

i haven't received a confirmation or dispatch email?

If its happens, please email verdigrisldn@gmail.com with your first and last name and let us know so we can sort this out for you!

how do i care for my items?

Please see each items product page and care tag for specific instructions depending on the fabric but as a general rule wash on cold or on 30 degrees. None of our items should be tumble dried or bleached.
